This Urban Loft Collection adds an industrial design to any room in your home. The table frame is constructed of rustic metal and the table top is finished in a distressed natural pine look . The 2 large drawer fronts are constructed of distressed natural pine to give it that urban feel. The interior of the drawers are constructed of rustic metal which gives a finishing touch to this item. The two bar stools, which come with the set, are constructed of a rustic metal with a distressed natural pine seat. The barstools are able to swivel in a 360° motion for easy access to the table. The table set is nice and compact for eating, working, or working on your hobbies. During your first 100 days, depending on your lease terms, your early purchase price will be the 100 Day Price listed in the lease agreement plus tax, less 100% of all rental payments that have already been applied. After 100 days, your early purchase price will be approximately 50% of your remaining lease to own payments.
