The Makita 18-Volt LXT Brushless Cordless 1/2 Mixer is a cordless solution ideal for mixing drywall mud, plaster, drilling large holes and much more. The variable speed trigger allows the user to adjust the speed to 0 RPM to 3560 RPM or 0 RPM to 1300 RPM for optimum speed control for the material or application. A soft start suppresses start-up reaction for more control and better accuracy. For added durability in harsh job site conditions, Extreme Protection Technology (XPT) is engineered for improved dust and water resistance and a protective cover helps prevent battery (sold separately) contamination from mixing compound splash back. Its part of Makita's expanding 18-Volt Lithium-Ion system, the worlds largest cordless tool system powered by 18-Volt Lithium-Ion slide-style batteries.
