RIDGID introduces the 18V Lithium-Ion 4.0 Ah Battery (2-Pack) and 18V Dual Chemistry Rapid Charger Kit. These 4.0 Ah batteries will provide up to 3X more runtime compared to the 1.5 Ah lithium-ion battery (AC870015). These 4.0 Ah batteries are 10% more compact and 10% lighter compared to the previous model (AC840087). The included charger is Dual Chemistry, meaning it is compatible with all generations of RIDGID 18V Batteries, including Ni-Cd and Lithium-Ion. As always, these 4.0 Ah batteries and 18V Charger are 100% compatible with all RIDGID 18V tools.
