Commonly asked questions about the lease agreement

  1. Am I going to be charged today? 
    • Once you eSign, we will do a quick review of your lease and then charge the first bi-weekly lease payment within one business day or on the date you select below.
  2. How is the first lease payment charged?
    • The first lease payment will be charged to the credit/debit card you provided during the application. The second and future payments will be auto deducted from your bank account.
  3. Can I come back to eSign later?
    • Yes, you will receive an email from us shortly with a link to review and eSign your lease agreement. 
  4. I want to change the item in my order.
    • Shop and place another order for the item you want. Please continue checkout and eSign your new Lease Agreement.
  5. How much do I need to pay before my order ships?
    • You will need to make your first bi-weekly lease payment, which is listed on your Lease Agreement.
  6. Am I going to be charged even I didn't eSign? Can I cancel my order after I eSign?
    • Nothing will be charged until after you eSign. Yes, you may cancel anytime for a full refund within 15 days after you receive your order. Simply call us at 888-428-5520 or email us at [email protected].
  7. Does my lease payments go towards my ownership price?
    • Yes, all lease payments go towards the ownership price.
  8. I already eSign one lease agreement but want to order something else, if I sign this one, am I going to be charged for both orders?
    • No, we process only one lease at a time. You can simply contact us to inform us of the order you want to proceed with at your earliest convenience.
