Agreement Between User and LeaseVille

LeaseVille, its divisions, subsidiaries, and/or affiliates (collectively, “LeaseVille,” “we,” or “us”) provide website features, lease-to-own services, and related products to you when you:

• Visit or shop at any LeaseVille website
• Use LeaseVille services online or through mobile applications
• Manage your account, make online payments, or request support electronically

By accessing LeaseVille, you agree to these Terms of Service and consent to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Our data handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy. By using LeaseVille, you consent to the collection and handling of your personal information as outlined in that policy.

No-Credit-Needed Lease Application

No credit is needed to apply, but approval is not guaranteed. By applying, you authorize us to evaluate your eligibility using the information you provide along with data from third-party sources, including alternative credit bureaus, financial data partners (e.g., Plaid and Stripe), and identity verification providers.

LeaseVille takes identity verification and fraud prevention seriously. We utilize advanced fraud detection technologies and work with national fraud databases and reputable identity verification providers to detect and prevent suspicious activity. In certain cases, we may require additional documentation to verify your identity. Identity theft is a federal offense. LeaseVille cooperates with law enforcement agencies and established fraud prevention networks to investigate and pursue any suspected fraudulent activity. Our goal is to protect the integrity of our platform and the security of all customers.

Once you submit your lease application, LeaseVille’s system will provide an automated decision. If approved, the approval is conditional and subject to verification of your identity, income, banking information, and other relevant details. This approval does not constitute a binding contract and may be revoked if verification is not successful.

Application Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old
• Be a U.S. resident with a valid U.S. residential address
• Have a valid SSN or ITIN
• Have a minimum income of $2,000/month
• Maintain an active checking account open for at least 90 days
• Provide a valid debit or credit card in your name for the initial lease payment

Account Review

We may request additional information to verify identity or eligibility. All automated approvals are subject to verification. Orders may be canceled if verification fails or the submitted information is inaccurate.

Account Review and Continued Eligibility

LeaseVille reserves the right to review prior account history, including payment behavior, missed or returned payments, outstanding balances, and overall account performance, when determining eligibility for future lease-to-own services. Applicants with a history of repeated missed or late payments, defaults, or account activity resulting in financial losses to LeaseVille may be declined for future orders, regardless of previous qualifications or approvals. All decisions are made in accordance with applicable law.

Lease Agreement and eSign

Once your application is approved, you must electronically sign your lease agreement to proceed. Your lease becomes effective only after you eSign the agreement and your first rental payment is successfully charged. The lease will begin on the date your first payment is processed, which occurs before your order is released for shipment or in-store pickup.

Your lease is a lease-to-own arrangement with no obligation to purchase. You may return the item at any time without penalty and cancel future payments, provided your account is current and the item is returned in good condition.

Ownership and Lease Structure

This is not a loan or credit transaction. LeaseVille retains ownership of the merchandise during the lease term. Ownership will transfer to you only after all lease payments have been completed or an early buyout option has been exercised. Until then, you are leasing the product from us.

Lease Term and Payments

Lease agreements generally span 12 months, with weekly rental payments. You may select when your first rental payment is charged. Subsequent payments are automatically debited from your authorized payment method according to your agreed payment schedule, which may be changed upon request with LeaseVille.com's approval, subject to your lease agreement and applicable law.

Early Purchase Options

You may buy out your lease at any time. The 100-Day Purchase Option offers the lowest cost but may still exceed the retailer’s cash price. Additional early buyout options are available beyond 100 days and are disclosed in your lease agreement.

Missed Payments

If your payment method fails or sufficient funds are not available, we may attempt to reprocess the payment as permitted by applicable law and network rules. You agree to keep your payment methods accurate and up to date. Failed or missed payments may result in additional reattempts, applicable return or processing fees, and may lead to suspension or termination of your lease. If your lease is terminated due to non-payment, you must return the leased merchandise to us in good condition. Failure to do so may result in collection actions or other recovery efforts as permitted by law.

Shipping Claims

Customers must inspect their order promptly upon delivery. Any claim involving non-receipt, missing merchandise, shipping damage, or an incorrect item must be reported to LeaseVille within seven (7) calendar days of the carrier’s recorded delivery date. Claims reported after this period may be denied if LeaseVille or the shipping carrier is unable to investigate or submit a claim due to the delay. Customers may be required to provide photographs, delivery information, a police report, or other supporting documentation. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Returns and Cancellations

You may return leased merchandise and terminate your lease in accordance with your lease agreement and applicable law, without an early termination penalty.

Merchandise must be returned in the condition required by your lease agreement, reasonable wear and tear excepted. Your obligation to make future rental payments will end in accordance with your lease agreement and applicable law once the merchandise has been returned as required.

You remain responsible for outstanding rental payments, applicable fees, or other lawful charges incurred before termination, including charges for damage beyond reasonable wear and tear, where permitted by your lease agreement and applicable law.

Returning merchandise does not automatically waive outstanding obligations accrued before termination. Any refunds or adjustments will be processed in accordance with your lease agreement and applicable law.

The merchandise must be returned in the condition required by your lease agreement, reasonable wear and tear excepted. Your obligation to make future rental payments will end in accordance with the applicable lease agreement and law once the merchandise has been returned as required. Modification of Terms

LeaseVille.com may update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements.

Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before changes become effective.

Your continued use of our website or services after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of those changes, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to these Terms do not retroactively modify an existing executed lease agreement unless expressly permitted by that agreement and applicable law, and any required notice or consent has been provided or obtained.

LeaseVille may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these sites. Use them at your own discretion.

Registration and Tracking

By using LeaseVille, you consent to our use of cookies, tracking pixels, and similar technologies to personalize your experience and improve functionality. These tools may collect device and browsing data.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse LeaseVille or use it for any unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited purpose.

User Content

Users may submit content (e.g., reviews, comments), provided it is not illegal, infringing, or harmful. By submitting content, you grant LeaseVille a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for marketing or operational purposes.

Copyright and Trademarks

All content and materials on LeaseVille are the property of LeaseVille or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your LeaseVille account or services if you violate the terms of your lease agreement, fail to make required payments, or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity. In most cases, we will attempt to provide notice before suspending or terminating your access, but we reserve the right to act without prior notice when necessary to protect our business or customers.

If your lease is terminated, you must return the leased merchandise in good condition. Failure to do so may result in recovery actions.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your LeaseVille account credentials. You agree to be held liable for all activity that occurs under your account. LeaseVille does not lease to individuals under 21 years of age.

Customer Conduct

LeaseVille is committed to maintaining a professional, safe, and respectful environment for our employees, partners, and customers.

We may limit, suspend, or discontinue services if customer communications or behavior become inappropriate or disruptive, including conduct that is abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or persistently hostile toward LeaseVille staff or representatives.

This may include, but is not limited to:

• Use of offensive, obscene, hateful, or derogatory language
• Threats of harm, intimidation, or coercion
• Repeated hostile, aggressive, or unproductive communications
• Attempts to harass or retaliate against employees

When necessary, we may take appropriate action, including restricting access to services, to protect our staff and operations. Any action taken under this section does not relieve you of obligations under an existing lease agreement, which remains governed by its terms and applicable law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

All content and services are provided “as is.” We make no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the website or services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeaseVille shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or services.

Pricing Accuracy and Display Disclaimer

LeaseVille.com strives to maintain accurate product and pricing information; however, occasional typographical or system errors may occur. Displayed prices—including estimated weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly amounts—are provided as estimates only and may vary by product configuration, state, and applicable taxes or fees.

In the event of an error in a listed price, description, or availability, LeaseVille reserves the right to correct the error and to cancel or refuse any order placed under the incorrect information, even if the order has been confirmed or payment has been processed. If payment has been collected, it will be refunded promptly.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LeaseVille from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of LeaseVille or your violation of these Terms.

Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Except as otherwise provided in an applicable lease agreement or prohibited by law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms are subject to binding individual arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Dispute Resolution section below.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and LeaseVille.com agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to bring or participate in any class, collective, or representative action, whether in arbitration or court. For disputes subject to arbitration, both parties also waive the right to a jury trial. Either party may bring an eligible individual claim in small claims court.

Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising out of or relating to an executed lease agreement, including its interpretation, enforcement, or termination, are governed by the arbitration and dispute resolution provisions contained in that lease agreement.

For disputes relating solely to the use of LeaseVille.com’s website or services that are not governed by an executed lease agreement, the parties agree to resolve such disputes through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or JAMS under the selected administrator’s applicable consumer arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law. The party initiating arbitration may select either AAA or JAMS, subject to the administrator's acceptance of the dispute.

This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act to the extent applicable. Either party may bring an eligible individual claim in small claims court.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes subject to arbitration must be brought on an individual basis rather than as a class or representative proceeding.

Arbitration location, procedures, fees, and available remedies will be determined under the selected administrator’s applicable rules and governing law. Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the laws of another jurisdiction are required to apply.

Disputes arising under an executed lease agreement will be governed by the dispute resolution and arbitration provisions contained in that agreement.

Any legal proceeding permitted outside arbitration must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction and in a venue permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights or protections.

Communications and SMS/Call Consent

By creating an account, submitting an application, or using LeaseVille.com’s services, you authorize LeaseVille.com and its service providers to contact you, as permitted by applicable law, regarding your account, application, identity verification, orders, leases, payments, customer service, and other related matters. Communications may be sent by email, text message, telephone, or other electronic means.

Promotional and marketing text messages or automated marketing calls will only be sent when you have provided the consent required by applicable law. Consent to receive marketing communications is optional and is not required to apply, obtain approval, enter into a lease agreement, or make a purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP or request assistance by replying HELP. You may also revoke consent through other reasonable methods permitted by law. We will honor applicable opt-out and revocation requests.

Opting out of marketing communications will not affect your eligibility for LeaseVille.com services or your existing lease obligations. We may continue to contact you regarding legitimate account and lease matters where permitted by applicable law.

Export Policy

LeaseVille only leases to consumers located in the United States and does not export products. You agree not to use our services in violation of U.S. export control laws or sanctions.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and applicable lease agreements, constitute the complete agreement between you and LeaseVille regarding your use of the website and services.
