the tablet I received was not compatible with my pc despite my pc being new, I believe I needed a different set of cords (sold by wacom) for it to work. A more defined warning that the one offered ONLY provides usb-c wiring should be made obvious.

Although I do appreciate the ability of your company off lease to own payments, I do find leasing a Microsoft tablet at $*** quite extensively expensive. 3 tablets can be purchased at that price.

I had no issues placing my order. I placed 2. One of them I was able to pick up at Best Buy the same day. The other order was shipped to my house and received within 5 days. Products are brand new. I plan to use the 90 day option and buy more items. Any time I did reach out to customer support, I had no issues and they were nice. Would recommend

Communications. I am a bit confused I got an email saying use the remaining of my limit which is 29 a week I got some items add up to 26 a week and it says I am over my lease limit. So why tell me I have unused limit I can use then deny me and on top of that it ask me to verify my bank info to get limit increase. Mind you both direct deposits are sitting in my account and you still deny. So basically why send me an email about using my unused lease limit then to deny me. Other than that my experience has nothing but good from you all

Everything is great except shipping FedEx is terrible. I had two orders and twice FedEx delayed shipping. They say it will be there one day and then delay it. On the second item FedEx delayed it 3 times. Makes me think twice about using LeaseVille
