For the wait time on the scooter to arrive it would have been worth it if it was working properly and the package wasn't damaged or seem like it was Dusty or in the back somewhere in the warehouse because it already had errors system defaults and back brake not working can't even adjust speed box was glued.. very dissatisfied...

I have been a customer for quite some time now. I just wish your customer svc/orders dept will advise customer if an order is in back order or will be delayed. I know you can't control it sometimes, but customers cant sit around and wonder what is going on.

I was very satisfied with the order process. Customer support was great I would recommend them especially in a situation where retail stores are having issues with inventory. Leaseville helped my find a refrigerator when stores were out because of the shipyard situation. This kept my food from spoiling.

I have a couple things I’m leasing from them and it’s great I’m talking about gaming set up brand new eveything came perfect the lease agreement for 12months is definitely worth it and not bad , Also they give discounts that waive some months off the end of you keep using them and make on time payments ! Very satisfied with order it came it a timely fashion. My only complaint and which I really hate to, is that the package was not in concealed in a private box. I ordered a millwaukee nail gun and if the package would have been left on my porch I afraid someone would have seen what is was just laying there and took off with it.

Well I was always happy with leaseVille ! I recommend to my wife And she ended up renting a product for herself, but she had a few headaches during her process that I didn’t . Which made me feel bad . Just the communication is no good it really must be repaired . This last order I placed was just a super delay for me and this was my 3 rental? Please fix your communication issues

Pick-up process- create optional updates when the person item isn’t available in the store for pickup. This way, the buyer can be at peace with the item shipped. I understand leaseville is a financing company but understand your product. What you ship out should match the description of outline on your website. If not available, consider upgrading to the product that is available and be willing to compensate for the error. We shouldn’t be told that it’s the vendor error we are just the financing company bc it’s a mystery to where the product is coming from once it’s not available in the store. If the product is new then it should look the part. I remember when I received the iPhone and the owner said that the product comes to them to upload the software and then ship out. Weird but I was convinced. This time the product came unpackaged I assumed to the rep I guess you guys had to upload the software and she advised no we can do that electronically. I am confused now. Has this always been the practice or this is a recent 2 years ago improvement. Bottom line, there were a few shake ups that happened that I basically put aside but hopefully things will be ironed out by the time I order another product. I genuinely like Leaseville.

The shopping process was very easy. The application and ordering was easy to follow. Being able to go pick up the merchandise locally was very appreciated. Not having to wait for it being shipped was an important option. Terms are easily understood. I will recommend and use Leaseville again

The people on the phone are rude. They always have a bad attitude when you call to ask questions and never really have the right answers. Just the same typical answer. Process and their apps are slow. Other than that it’s an ok service. They don’t tell you till after that they put a monitoring system on the product till after you complete the process. Feel lied to about that. Just going to pay my stuff off and remove them from it.
