LeaseVille is a great way to buy the stuff you need and the process is very easy. Also, it doesn’t appear on your credit report if you make the payments as scheduled.

If your credit isn’t great and have limited options then eh. Don’t get caught up in what they list as timelines on their website because they won’t line up. Also the communication is sub par no explanations will be offered directly but more of a this ain’t my department and it’s coming. Kinda highway robbery but like I said when your credit isn’t there and limited then go for it.

This is the second time I have used this service. I was skeptical the first time with my laptop, but the process was smooth. Now, the second time, the service is faster, the customer support is better, and I feel like a valued customer. For this summer, I will give Leaseville a grade of A+.

For the most part leaseville is great . I just moved into a new place and it’s been extremely helpful securing some big ticket furniture that would’ve took me a long time to save for. I have no complaints about the service leaseville provides. It’s clear the customer service representatives are always available and helpful and the order process is fast! My only suggestion for improvement is the fulfillment stores your team uses. Best Buy in particular. I recently purchased a washing machine a heavy duty appliance which the average person could not unbox or install themselves. The installation is not included and I had to pay additional for that. No big deal I needed it so I paid. But I did not know that crucial detail Until I called Best Buy and found out. Now here is where it gets interesting the install and delivery are being performed by the same company. I secured the appointment window for both things to occur on the same day at the same time. The installer came 30 minutes ahead of the appointment window and then refused to wait 8 minutes for the driver to deliver the machine so he could complete the installation. When I asked why the company would not promote communication or coordination to ensure a seamless process he told me he didn’t know and I needed to call to reschedule because he was not going to wait. There are so many other retailers who would have executed this tactfully please reconsider the terms you have with Best Buy because if I experienced that I’m sure I’m not the first or last customer to do so.

I have had a great experience with LeaseVille. I’ve gotten 2 new iPhones with them. I was disappointed that they wouldn’t allow me to also order two Apple Watches for my wife and I. Other than that my experience has been good.

Product received was brand new and works exceptionally well. Payments are easier since they are weekly.

The process is very easy. I placed an order and then I'd to cancel the order and it waa very easy to return the item and I received my refund . Customer service was very helpful and informative. I highly recommend LeaseVille. Thank you.

I’m very satisfied with the speed of which you guys operate and get orders processed. Top notch customer service and very helpful with customers. One thing I would like to suggest and that is I feel like you guys only cater for weekly wage earners but not biweekly or monthly employees. Can you please adjust this if possible because I think this would help biweekly and monthly wage earners better. I must say apart from that you guys are my number one go to for any item I need.

I would recommend Leaseville to anyone. Set up is easy. Payments are manageable.

You could actually give more lease power and not offer a good amount in the beginning and actually drop it as soon as a customer wants to lease items. Doing that is very off-putting.

Leaseville has very good customer support and easy to understand leases. They have always been very helpful and respond quickly in regards to questions.

I have no issues at the moment from the products that I received. I did find it hard to get someone to discuss the delivery process but luckily I was able to have weekend delivery with the work schedule that I have to safely receive the products. This is my first time ordering so I will see how this goes to see about further ventures

All processes from start to finish were simple and the orders shipped promptly and delivered fast. I've ordered a couple items so far and will continue to get more.

I recently purchased a Macbook from this site. Although the initial process was time consuming and confusing, with multiple requests to complete the same information over and over, when I reached out to clarify what was still needed, the representative helping me confirmed the order and processed the first payment immediately and my order was sent out that day. I received the item quickly and when I had to reach out again to adjust the payment schedule to align with my pay dates, I received a quick response with an immediate adjustment to align with my request. I thought it would not be possible, given the timeframes noted on the website, but I was surprised not just by how quickly they responded, in less than a day, but also the fact that they were able to accommodate me immediately. So far, so good with this company. I'm very pleased, given my horrible experiences with other companies of this type. Leaseville does not penalize you for poor credit or reduced options for financing based on income, they work with you and don't make you feel ashamed.

I was emailed and texted several times about having a remaining lease limit amount and then denied when I tried to use it. Only send multiple notifications if there is an additional amount already approved. I had to turn off notifications because they kept coming even after the denial.

I’ve been using leaseville for things here and there for 6 years now. Never had any issues. Products are always delivered in a timely manner if they cannot be obtained from stores like Best Buy.
