We’re sorry, but we cannot proceed with your application because the card you provided failed authorization for one or more of the following reasons:

  • Not a debit or credit card issued in your name
  • Insufficient funds
  • Prepaid, gift, virtual, or non-bank-issued card
  • Not properly registered to you

A temporary authorization hold of $0.50 may appear on your account. This is not a charge and will automatically be released back to your account within seven business days.

You may reapply after 90 days using a valid payment method that meets these requirements. If you believe this is an error or have any questions, please contact our support team.
