About 2019 New DOE Dehumidifier: Under the revised 2019 DOE standards, dehumidifiers were tested in a room condition of 65°F and a relative humidity level of 60%. (While the dehumidifiers were tested in a room condition of 80°F and 60% Relative humidity based on 2012 DOE standards). TOSOT NEW 20 PINT unit could still remove 30 pints of water if you put it in an 80°F room with 60% humidity, but it is more realistic to say that it can remove 20 pints of water if you have a 65°F room at 60% humidity. - Drainage options: our spill-proof bucket has a 1 Gal. capacity and a beeping reminder to empty the drain bucket, if carrying buckets is not your thing, connect a 3/4 drain hose (not included) to remove water into a sump pump or floor drain
- Real-time monitoring: after choosing a target, the control panel will display the current humidity level, the unit will power off after reaching the target you set, if you choose nonstop mode, the dehumidifier will run regardless of the current humidity
- Silent operation: this dehumidifier is so quiet you might forget it's there, a peak sound level of 48 dB will be almost as quiet as a private suburban street or a normal conversation at home
