An included weather seal gasket further minimizes heat loss. The ladder length can be adjusted even after cutting the side rails, allowing for a perfect fit and additional adjustments after any floor renovations. Non-slip steps and an included red metal handrail enhance safety. Unique spring design and special door brackets offer easier, wider attic access and extra foot room, respectively. The door is also smooth and paintable to match your interior. Covered by a standard two-year warranty
