The Jonard Tools JIC-4366 Cable Stripper and Ring Tool is designed to slit and ring many types of tight buffer, loose tube buffer, breakout cables, and other types of jacketed fiber cables. The tool has an L-shaped hardened steel guide and blade guard that allows the blade to get underneath the buffer for slitting as well as a ringer that cuts through plastic, rubber, or fabric insulation sheathing. This tool is well-equipped and perfect for any fiber technician.
