Makita listened to the pro user and engineered the 15 Amp Corded 7-1/4 in. Circular Saw with user-friendly features combining power, weight and balance with jobsite durability. The saw has a powerful 15 Amp motor and a high power-to-weight ratio, with ball bearing construction and a heavy-gauge aluminum wrap-around base engineered for a longer tool life. The saw also has a large cutting capacity (2-1/2 in. at 90°, 1-3/4 in. at 45°, 1-3/8 in. at 56°) with a maximum bevel capacity of 0° to 56° and positive stops at 22.5°, 45° and 56° for quick settings.
