Overload protection is designed to protect the motor from burnout during abnormally high torque situations. The XBP05ZB weighs just 7.3 lbs. (with battery, sold separately) with a more compact design at 14-3/4 in. L and an ergonomic shape that fits like a glove for reduced operator fatigue. It has a 2 in. x 2 in. cutting capacity.
