The eight AC outlets are color-coded so that you can quickly identify the correct outlet, and it also includes gold-plated contacts for efficient connections. This Monster PowerCenter also includes 2,775-joule protection so that your devices are protected against surges.

ON/OFF switch
The switch lights up when turned to the ON position, providing power to components plugged into the switched outlets. Pressing the switch to the OFF position shuts off power only to switched outlets.
Audio filter
4 switched outlets have a special filter circuit that reduces noise from the AC power line that goes to your audio components. Match the appropriate identification label to each component’s power cord.
Video interference reduction filter
4 unswitched outlets have a special filter circuit that is designed to reduce interference to your video components. Make sure to match the appropriate identification label to each component’s power cord.
Coaxial protection
Safeguards your antenna line. Inputs connects the coaxial cable from either wall cable outlet, satellite dish or TV antenna. Outputs connects the coaxial cable to input of TV, VCR, cable box or satellite receiver.
Telephone/Network Ethernet protection
Allows you to hook up to telephone lines (RJ11) or networks (RJ45), and protect your system against power surges coming from them.
Tri-Mode power protection
Keeps your devices safe and secure.
Remote AC/DC input jack
Allows remote turn on/off of switched outlets. This feature allows you to turn the PowerCenter on or off via a component with a remote trigger out.
Indicator lights
GROUND OK indicates the wall outlet that the PowerCenter is plugged into is grounded. PROTECTION ON Indicates that the internal surge protection of the PowerCenter is active.
