Additionally the A2 supports 78rpm playback accommodating a wide range of vinyl collections. For optimal performance with 78rpm records it's recommended to use the Sumiko RS 78 stylus which is compatible with the pre-installed Sumiko Rainier moving magnet phono cartridge.Effortless OperationOperating the A2 is straightforward: simply engage the 'Start' switch and the tonearm will automatically position itself at the beginning of the record. During playback the automatic functions remain inactive to ensure unaltered audio performance.
