Cancelling an Order
You can cancel your order anytime before the shipment of your order. After delivery, if you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it within 15 days of receiving it. Simply email Returns@LeaseVille.com or give us a call at 310-231-6838 (Direct) or 888-428-5520 (Toll Free). Please note, the following items are non-returnable: opened software and large items such as fitness equipment, major appliances, furniture, TVs larger than 42-inches, riding lawn mowers, mattresses and other large items that ship via Freight. Please note, any opened items may be subject to a re-stocking fee up to 15%.
Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, LeaseVille reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15%.
- All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
- LeaseVille is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
- LeaseVille is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If your order is damaged during transit or defective, please contact us immediately at 888-428-5520 during normal business hours or email us at Orders@LeaseVille.com. All damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Merchandise Not Received
Before contacting us, please check with your neighbors or members of your household. if your tracking information shows delivered but you are claiming non-receipt of the merchandise, we will need to file a shipping claim. All shipping claims must also be reported within 24 hours. If you report 'non-receipt' of merchandise after the 24 hour window, we may not be able to file a shipping claim. Once we obtain the necessary information, we will file a shiipping claim on your behalf. In some cases, shipping claims may take 5-10 business days to complete.
