Returns and Refunds Policy

LeaseVille products are offered through a lease-to-own program, not a traditional retail purchase. You may return your leased merchandise at any time before ownership transfers. You are responsible only for the lease charges accrued while the item was in your possession. Once the item is received and inspected, future lease billing stops.

Lease payments already made are non-refundable, as they represent the cost of leasing the item during the time you used it.


Cancelling an Order Before Shipment

You may cancel your order anytime before it ships by contacting [email protected]. No lease charges apply if the item has not shipped.


Returning After Delivery (Anytime Return Option)

You may return your item at any time during your lease if:

  • The item is in good working condition.
  • No excessive damage, misuse, or missing parts.
  • All payments due up to the return date have been made.
  • All accessories, manuals, and components are returned.

Once the item is received and inspected, your lease ends and no further payments will be billed.


Return Shipping Costs

Customer Pays Return Shipping (Standard Returns)

If you choose to return your item for any reason other than damage or defect, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping or pickup. This follows standard rent-to-own industry practices.

LeaseVille Pays Return Shipping (Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item)

LeaseVille will provide a prepaid return label or schedule a pickup at no cost if:

  • The item arrives damaged.
  • The item is defective upon arrival.
  • The wrong item was shipped.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, warranty service, or return.


Lease Charges for Time Used

Lease charges are based on the time the item was in your possession. Payments already made are earned and non-refundable. A prorated charge may apply for the days between your last payment and the return shipment. Once received and inspected, billing stops.


Item Condition Requirements

To avoid a restocking fee (up to 15%), items must be:

  • In good working condition.
  • Clean, with no excessive damage.
  • Returned with all accessories, cables, and components.
  • Safely packaged for return shipping.

LeaseVille is not responsible for personal data left on returned devices.


Damaged or Defective Merchandise

If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 24 hours at [email protected]. We may request photos or troubleshooting details. LeaseVille will provide a prepaid return label and assist with exchange, warranty service, or return.


Merchandise Not Received

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the item:

  • Check with neighbors and household members.
  • Confirm the delivery address.
  • Contact us within 24 hours to initiate a carrier claim.

Carrier claims may take 5–10 business days.
