RIDGID introduces the 18V Brushless 2-Tool Combo Kit with 6.0 Ah & 4.0 Ah MAX Output Batteries, Charger, Hard Case, & Compact Router. RIDGID’s brushless motor technology delivers maximum performance and longer runtime. The high torque hammer drill/driver delivers 1,250 in./lbs of torque for maximum power. With a 2-speed gearbox and max RPM of 2,000, it can complete a wide range of demanding applications like drilling into wood, metal, brick, and concrete. It features anti-kickback technology which prevents overturning by stopping the motor once extended rotation is detected. This high torque hammer drill delivers up to 25% faster drilling when compared to the previous version (R860012). The 4-mode impact driver delivers 2,400 in./lbs of torque and 40% faster driving when compared to the previous version (R86002). It features 3-speeds and a self-tapping mode to prevent overdriving, breaking, or stripping screws by stopping the tool once screws have been fully seated. As always, this 18V Brushless 2-Tool Combo Kit is 100% compatible with all RIDGID 18V batteries.
