The reversible legs allow the VEO3T+264AB to fold up to a compact 18.9" for transport or storage. In addition, it features a leg that combines with the center column to convert into a 64.37" monopod for situations where a tripod may be too slow or cumbersome to use, like when shooting sports or wildlife.The included VEO BH-160S Arca-type, dual-axis ball head has an independent panning base, plus a second panoramic rotating platform on the top plate that delivers additional precision from any position the head is in. This precision-engineered, lightweight ball head has easy-grip locking knobs that loosen and tighten with ease, even in damp conditions or while wearing gloves.
