New features and improvements include a powerful brushless motor, that offers 25% more power, 50% greater run time, and 10% longer life of the tool. Also featuring a new intelligent design interface with a digital keypad that allows you to quickly change torque settings (1-9) and adjust work mode between drilling and driving. This new version is also lighter and offers 442 in-lbs. of torque compared to the original version with 256 in-lbs. of torque. The variable speed trigger offers complete control and easy starting and the 2-speed gearbox allows for more advanced drilling and driving applications like driving longer lag bolts and drilling wider holes. The slim, ergonomic design with GripZone micro-texture allows for optimum comfort and reduced user fatigue. The new version features the same ¼” dual rotating chuck that made the Switchdriver one of the most innovative and useful tools in the WORX product line.
