The Chesapeake Wood Complete Play Set is one of our most popular units featuring all the benefits of play including climbing, sliding, and swinging. This Chesapeake even includes a bonus chalkboard for boosting learning and creativity. The swing beam features heavy duty hardware and 2-heavy duty swing seats that support up to 250 lbs. each. Designed for families that want everything in the box, this kit comes complete with tons of activities including two large decks totaling 24 sq. ft. of play space, as well as canopy roof for cover. All the lumber required to build your play set quickly is included: Pre-cut premium stained lumber and large support posts and swing beam for structural stability. All wood included is pre-drilled and each kit includes fasteners to assist you in building the play set of your child's dreams in just one day. Deck Heights: (1) 4 ft. Deck and (1) 5 ft. deck.
