Early Buyout Options: You may purchase the Property at any time by exercising your Early Buyout Options. During your first 100 days, depending on your lease terms, your early purchase price will be the 100 Day Price listed in the lease agreement plus tax, less 100% of all rental payments that have already been applied. After 100 days, your early purchase price will be approximately 50% of your remaining lease to own payments.

2 Months Free Promo: Applies to the final 2 month's of rental payments based on a 12 month maximum lease/rental term. This promo will not apply to any early buyout or payoff options.
